A customized 1:1 coaching journey to significantly reduce stress, anxiety, and burnout, over the course of 8 weeks. Depending on client needs, this program covers in-depth strategies and routines around functional breathing, nervous system regulation, sleep & circadian rhythm, and stress tolerance.

  • Eight weekly 45-minute live online coaching sessions

Single Consultation

A 60-minute consultation for those looking to improve their quality of life in any of the following areas: sleep, stress & nervous System Arousal, posture & alignment, breathing Function, energy levels, designing & implementing a fitness routine.


Note: This consultation is meant for those who feel equipped to take themselves on their own journey, but seek guidance on the approaches and strategies to use. In other words, you're ready to take yourself down the road -- but you need to get clear on which road to take.
