    Griffin is a wellness practitioner specializing in stress management, nervous system regulation, and physical movement restoration.

    With extensive experience as an educator, breathing coach, and trainer, Griffin’s unique combination of breath science and biomechanics has been helping people go from “fight or flight” and joint pain to calm, grounded, and strong since 2020.

  • This course is self-paced, so you can start it whenever you like!

    I recommend going through each module 1-2 weeks at a time, with consistent practice between sessions.

  • Each session is a mix of three parts:

    1. Education

    2. Practical experience

    EducatIon — I’m a teacher at heart, and I want to make sure you understand the “why” behind everything you’re doing. That way, you’ll always be able to adjust what you learn to fit your life situation.

    Practical Experience — We take time to go through every breathing technique so that you can feel it, ask questions about it, and receive my guidance in real time. You can also use the session recordings to go back and take advantage of the guided practice again and again.

    Q & A — While this isn't a live program, your questions are welcome via email at support@thenorthstarbody.com.

    No queston is too big or too small. The most important thing to me is that what we do makes sense to YOU.

  • If you have any questions or need any feedback, I will respond to your emails personally :-)

  • Once any course or service is booked there are no refunds.

    However, crazy things can happen. In the case of an extenuating circumstance, email support@thenorthstarbody.com for assistance.

  • You will learn two specific breathing assessments that you can easily perform yourself, and you will be provided with a repeatable questionnaire around perceived stress.

  • If you’re pregnant or think you might be pregnant, Week 4 of the course is not appropriate.

    If you do register, you’ll be able to participate in Weeks 1-3, and you’ll still get a lot of educational benefit out of Week 4, without participating in the actual exercises.

    And you’ll have all course materials to use when you start applying Week 4 content after pregnancy.

  • It depends on the individual, so you should get clearance from your doctor before participating if you do have a condition.

    In general, those with a heart or blood pressure condition would be advised not to participate in one or more program modules (especially Week 4), but could potentially benefit from the educational framework.
